Q: How will I be trained for my new job?

A: TBI has a thorough Orientation Program to familiarize new members of our team to our organization. The schedule consists of two weeks of in-depth training on various topics to adapt individuals with TBI, along with several weeks of on-the-job mentoring and coaching.
