The Bureaus, Incorporated was established in 1928 as a billing service by a group of physicians and has been privately held by the same family since 1974. Through the years, TBI has expanded into credit card, other consumer collections, servicing “early out” accounts, and commercial collections.

In 1992 TBI began servicing accounts purchased by a related entity.

Our client base includes large banks, credit unions, physician practices, hospitals, veterinarians, and debt buyers.
