Our system of record is Latitude, a state of the art collections
package that serves up a productivity-enhancing look at each account
in the system. And thanks to a sophisticated analytics process,
Latitude becomes a powerful tool for up-to-date information,
strategic plans for best call times, metrics for ability to pay,
and many other important factors.
TBI leverages the power of our predictive dialer - fully integrated
with Latitude- to achieve a high level of success with
reaching debtors, making connections, and collecting dollars. Using
a strategic mix of automated calling and predictive campaigns with
our representatives, in a single day we can reach thousands and
thousands of debtors. It's the perfect example of technology at
work; when people talk and make arrangements for settling their
debt, it's a win/win solution for the debtors and for TBI and it's
partners.
TBI is also very aggressive with developing customized in-house
solutions to augment our system of record. Our NPV Calculator utility
takes settlements to a new level, far beyond flat percentages. Instead,
our utility takes into account the proven factors that presage debtor
compliance, such as credit score, the size of the balance, and others.
The result is a “right-sized” settlement arrangement
that is fair both to the debtor and to the debt holder – a
repayment plan that is fair, achievable, and likely.
Another utility, Faxx, examines information from credit
bureaus, the debtor’s credit experience and present “credit
snapshot,” applying the data to a complex array of descriptors
that suggest to the representative how to find the right combination
of resources for the debtor to satisfy his or her obligation. In
many cases, there are options available that a debtor would not
know even existed, and Faxx is very good at suggesting
options and helping chart the proper course.
In our analytics group we have developed a number of tools that
leverage the power of scoring, qualitative analysis and valuation.
Each of these utilities enables us to look deeply into the facts,
producing high quality decisions ranging from how accounts will
be classified and worked, to making sound business decisions regarding
purchase and sale of accounts. Each one is tightly integrated into
our business models to optimize the entire collections process,
from purchase -- to paid in full.
