When you call me,

GOOD THINGS can

happen!

I'm here to help...

I’m a collection representative at TBI, and I’d like to tell you how helpful I can be when you call me regarding your debt.

It starts with basic respect. I like to talk to customers as I would if I were sitting across the kitchen table from them. I want to treat people like I would like to be treated. I know that if someone is going through difficult times, they don’t need me being aggressive with them—they’re going through enough stress. It’s my job to come up with a win/win situation.

So how do I do that? The first thing you might want to ask me about is our interest reduction program. The vast majority of the time, I may be able to lower your rate, if I haven’t done so already.

Then, I have some pretty amazing tools that allow me to tailor payment and/or settlements to your situation. I have a system that highlights information specific information from your credit bureau that allows me to suggest potential ideas that can help. For example, I can tell if you haven’t refinanced in a while, and can refer you to various refinancing companies that may be able to provide you more favorable terms than you have currently. If you could qualify for a reverse mortgage, I will connect you with websites, and companies that can give you more information on that. I can give you tips on how to work with your creditors to defer a car payment, for example, so you can come up with a down payment on a settlement. I can tell you a little about how 401k loans work. Based on your credit bureau, my system can suggest dozens of creative solutions you may not have even known were possible. Pretty amazing stuff.

If you’re interested in a settlement proposal, my system can tell us right away if it is acceptable. I can vary the payment terms (number and amount), change interest rates, and work out solutions for payment, which again, are tailored to your situation. The vast majority of the time, I can get an answer immediately, because the process is automated on our computer system.

So, give us a call. We really will try to see what we can do. You might be surprised at how flexible we can be!

Sincerely,

Valerie Peyton
