In order for TBI to succeed, our people must also succeed! Through our extensive training program, our representatives get the skills and tools they need to excel. |
TBI employee participates in the “TBI Academy” to familiarize
new members of our team to our organization. The schedule consists
of two weeks of in-depth training on various topics to adapt individuals
to TBI and the Account Resolution Specialist position. Then, additional
ongoing assistance and "coaching" is available for several
